Daylily Favorites July 20 & 21
Dynamite Returns is one of the newer of Centerton's rebloomer series. This one belongs to Lois Anne Burek- it's not my style, but it you're into pink, go for it. I prefer Red Hot Returns.
Lois Anne and I both have Lola Branham, but hers blooms way above its 38 inch registered height- anybody else have a five-foot Lola?
I like the weird ones, like Nowhere to Hide. It's one of the parents of Shooter's Mapping Carolina.
I didn't get Primal Scream until last year because I couldn't imagine why anybody would pay "that kind of money" for an orange daylily. 2008 Eureka average is still $35, but it's worth it.
My most expensive daylily, and you may love it or hate it. But nobody can argue Bridgeton Kodak Moment isn't a great name!
